We are a consulting engineer firm specializing in mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
Our engineering nerd partners (Chris and Tres) have been designing for the building trades since the mid-80’s. They’ve witnessed lots of changes in the industry. While they’ve changed their hairstyles since then, their ethics, zest for learning and desire to serve their clients in the best way possible remain unchanged. Communication
Communication is the key to every relationship. And in our profession, that means clear and understandable transmission of information between everyone involved. Owners, architects, engineers of other disciplines and the installing contractors all need to understand our intent. And, while a handshake and a face-to-face meeting is still the best way to convey every nuance of that communication, we have embraced the digital and virtual methods available to keep everyone safe and healthy. From introductions to close out documents (and at every step along the way) we strive to use all our tools to ask all the necessary questions and to keep everyone informed.
Document Production
Our principal engineers began their journey with pencil, ink, paper and lots of eraser crumbs before the earliest versions of computer-aided drafting. Our staff now utilizes the most current versions of AutoCAD and Revit to produce illustrations of our design intent. We can deliver hard copies of plans and specifications or issue those same documents in a digital format.
